If you have purchased an item from Telecom Spares you have the right to cancel within seven days and you will have your payment returned as long as the item is unused/has not been tampered with and is in the same condition as it was when dispatched.

All our stock is covered by a 6 month warranty.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at; sales@telecomspares.com for a returns number and we will organise for a credit or a refund.
